They're good and fair. Trust them. I do. And you can't beat a $12 oil change. 6/20/19: update. Had work done on the A/C. 6 months later didn't work. Consulted an expert and was told that condenser & air dryer should have been replaced (by law). The compressor was remanufactured and and the inlet valve was leaking. When I confronted John about it, he hung up on me. Very unprofessional.

I got a upgraded muffler put in my mustang and was alittle more work for them but they did a great good and price was good
