This is by far the best place in town prices are more than reasonable quality of the work I couldn't ask for better and the way they treat their customers is worth a 10 star review but I can only give you 5 stars If i was given one word to describe this shop I would have to say appreciative because there's no doubt they appreciate my business as much as I appreciate their help thanks for everything guys hope this tells other people what they truly are missing if they don't try this place out

Came in for a free estimate on brakes and rotors. Next thing you know, we agreed to have them replaced. Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We will be back for any future repairs.

I love that I can trust John to tell me what really needs to be fixed and what is not a big deal worth fixing (IE: minor oil leak that is more economically managed by adding a quart of oil periodically). Also, I really appreciate knowing he is going to do a good job & get it done for the best price I would find. Plus, you can't beat a $12 oil change!

I had an oil pressure problem with my truck on a Friday afternoon. Took my truck there around 4 o'clock with no appointment. John and his team were able to fix the problem while staying open after business hours and saving alot of money in the process. This kind of above and beyond service is why we have taken all our vehicles there for the past 4 years. Keep up the good work.

Half Price Auto is by far the greatest mechanic that I have ever been to. John has always gone above and beyond to help me with anything, whether it's advising me on options, giving me the best price, or overall dependability. Even after I moved out of west bend, he was just a phone call away to help me and make sure that a different auto place is not trying to take advantage of my lack of knowledge about cars.
