There is no doubt this is the best place as far as I’m concerned when it comes to auto repair in Washington Co. John has always gone above and beyond whenever my vehicle needs service. I believe this is now my 6th year of having my car served at half price auto and this was just another week where they did what they said they were going to do and the price was exactly what I was quoted. My car runs perfect and I wouldn’t trust my car to anyone else.

I've been coming here for three years now and I would say this has to be the best shop in town prices always seem honest and reasonable but what I like most is they don't try to cut corners and would rather give you a quality repair For Less then the competition

To know John is to love to John. He's honest and tells it like it is! He has a hard working crew (Anthony, Julian, Brandon) to name a few and they have been known to work through lunch OR work after hours to get your vehicle done. Half-price Auto has been maintaining all 4 of my families vehicles. All 4 vehicles have high mileage (2 have 150,000+ and 2 have 250,000+) and they keep them running for us with hopes to reach 300,000 miles. My family has saved thousands of dollars over the years by getting work done here including those $12.00 oil changes. I would highly recommend this business to anyone!!

By far best auto shop in west bend. They always work around my budget and only fix what actually needs to be fixed. Just wish they would call me when my cars done but i understand their extremely busy.

I have been coming here for years. I have everything done on my trucks. From minor repairs to major repairs like engine and transmission.

Very knowledgeable when it comes to cars. Me and my friend are both good when it comes to the vehicles however every now and then I still have to bring it in and have service work done either because I don't have the tools or the time. John is the only one I trust my car too for things I can't do myself. He has never taken advantage of me and always gives me a deal even if I bring my own Parts in I highly recommend this place if you want your car fixed. He also has a great sense of humor and talks to you like a friend not just a customer.
